To access the e-Procurement services, you have to register with the e-Procurement System in order to be given an Activation ID and PIN.
Existing Suppliers
If you are already a supplier of any one of the three Pilot Departments (i.e. the Environmental Protection Department (EPD), the Immigration Department (ImmD), and the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO)) or a supplier of the Government Logistics Department (GLD), and you have completed the profile update to indicate your interest to join the e-services provided by e-Procurement System, you should have received an Activation ID and PIN for activating the account.
In case you do not have the Activation ID and PIN, please click here to apply for a set of Activation ID and PIN.
After successful activation, you should create your own user ID and password for accessing the e-Procurement System to replace the Activation ID and PIN.
If you are not an existing supplier of the three Participating Departments or GLD, and are interested in doing business with them, please start from step 1 to apply for inclusion. The application will go through a vetting procedure and a Participating Department or GLD staff may contact you for any clarification related to the application. Upon successful inclusion, you will receive an Activation ID and PIN. Please go through step 2 to activate your account.
Step 1: Supplier Inclusion
New suppliers apply for inclusion in the suppliers' list of the Participating Departments and if you wish, in the suppliers' list of the Government Logistics Department.
Step 2: Account Activation (Windows Media Video)
Upon successful application, activate your account with the Activation ID and the PIN. After successful activation, you should create your own user ID and password for accessing the e-Procurement System to replace the Activation ID and PIN.
